UPCOMING ROAD WORK INFORMATION
With favorable weather, we’re set to start important road maintenance and repairs throughout the Village over the next two weeks. This work includes asphalt repairs and crack sealing to keep our roads in the best shape for the winter months.
Please note that crack sealing requires closing the specified roads for a few hours, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, to allow time for proper drying. The contractor will do their best to work with residents during these closures and, where possible, allow cars in and out of properties.
- Thursday, November 7th – Asphalt Repairs on Selective patching across various roads with no full closures. A flagman will be on-site to manage traffic.
- Friday, November 8th – Crack Sealing on Library Drive & Locust Avenue. Roads will be closed between 8 AM and 4 PM
- Monday, November 11th – Crack Sealing on Green Hays, North Washington Street, & Tianderah Road. Roads will be closed between 8 AM and 4 PM
- Tuesday, November 12th – Crack Sealing: High Street & Columbia Place. Roads will be closed between 8 AM and 4 PM
- Wednesday, November 13th – Crack Sealing: Hilltop Road & Overlook Drive. Roads will be closed between 8 AM and 4 PM
- Thursday, November 14th – Crack Sealing: Shoreview Road, Harborview Road, & Hillside Avenue. Roads will be closed between 8 AM and 4 PM
- Friday, November 15th – Crack Sealing: Sandy Hollow Lane, Bayside Avenue, & any unfinished sections. Roads will be closed between 8 AM and 4 PM
