7:30PM Meeting opened with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Attorney Bradley.


  1. New Business


    1. 33 Hilltop-Damage by National Grid/Asplundh


After discussion, the Board instructed the Clerk to file a claim for damages.


7:45PM Executive Session

The Board entered into Executive Session

At 8:28PM, Mayor Nicholson stated that Executive Session had concluded.



    1. Electronix Proposal-315 Main Street Security System


On motion of Trustee Comer, seconded by Trustee Haagenson, it was unanimously RESOLVED to accept the proposal by Electronix, for an amount not to exceed $ 1,750.00.


    1. Deputy Village Clerk


On motion of Trustee Comer, seconded by Trustee Haagenson, it was unanimously RESOLVED to create the position of Deputy Clerk.


    1. General Code-update


On motion of Trustee Comer, seconded by Trustee Haagenson, it was unanimously RESOLVED to update General Code to include Local Laws

No. 1-2009, No.1-2011, 2-2011, No. 1-2012, No. 2-2012, and No.1-2013, for an amount not to exceed $2.985.00.


    1. Building Inspector


Trustee Comer discussed interviews held for a new Building Inspector.


    1. Bond Counsel


On motion of Trustee Comer, seconded by Trustee Haagenson, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the Mayor would sign a retainer for Hawkins & Delafield not to exceed $7,500.


    1. New Date for July Board of Trustees Meeting


On motion of Trustee Comer, seconded by Trustee Haagenson, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the date of the July Board of Trustees Meeting be changed from July 4 to July 2, due to the Independence Day holiday on July 4th.


  1. Treasurer


A. Abstract of Vouchers


On motion of Trustee Comer, seconded by Trustee Haagenson, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the Abstract of Audited Vouchers, dated June 6, 2013, for the General Fund, totaling $27,724.28, be and hereby is approved as prepared by Treasurer Tuck





There being no further business before the Board, on motion of Mayor Nicholson, seconded by Trustee Comer, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the meeting be and hereby is adjourned at 8:54PM.
