Executive Session 7:30PM
On motion of Trustee Baldwin, seconded by Trustee Haagenson, the Board voted unanimously to enter into Executive Session to discuss personnel matters.
At 8:30 PM Deputy Mayor Comer stated that Executive Session had concluded and that no action had been taken.
Open Regular Meeting
A. Port Washington Fire Department Contract 2015-2016
On motion of Trustee Comer, seconded by Trustee Haagenson, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the Village accept and, through the Mayor’s signature, sign the contract from the Port Washington Fire Department for the year 2015-2016 in the amount of $121,841.06.
B. Port Washington Fire Department Lawsuit (LOSAP)
Mayor Nicholson addressed the Board on progress.
A. Landmarks Preservation Commission
The Board of Trustees directed the Village Clerk to ask the members of the commission if they would like to be reappointed.
On Motion of Trustee Baldwin, seconded by Deputy Mayor Comer, it was unanimously RESOLVED to approve the minutes of the Board of Trustees meeting of January 8, 2015 with
A. Abstract of
On motion of Deputy Mayor Comer, seconded by Trustee Baldwin, it was RESOLVED that the Abstract of Audited Vouchers, dated February 5, 2015, for the General Fund, totaling $25,338.89, be and hereby is approved as prepared by Treasurer Tuck.

Trustee Peckelis voiced objection to the Village wide street sweep authorized by Mayor Nicholson, that DeJana Industries, Inc. performed on January 2, 2015.
Mayor Nicholson expressed that with heavy rains approaching, the monies spent would be far less than having our catch basins cleared of all the debris.
Mayor Nicholson stated that this will be his last meeting with the Board of Trustees. He has a conflict on the same date of the March Board Meeting.
B. Village Audit
Treasurer Tuck presented the proposals for the new fiscal year submitted
by the Village’s current independent auditor, Skinnon and
Faber P.C. to the Board.
On the motion of Trustee Baldwin, seconded by Trustee Haagenson, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the Village engage the services of Skinnon and Faber P.C. to perform an independent audit of the financial affairs of the Village for the fiscal period commencing June 1, 2014 and ending May 31, 2015 and to prepare an inventory of Village assets for a fee that will range between $6,500.00 and $7,000.00
There being no further business before the Board, on motion of Deputy Mayor Comer, seconded by Trustee Haagenson, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the meeting be and hereby is adjourned at 9:05PM.
