A. Presentation to Dr. Peter Salins
Deputy Mayor Comer, on behalf of the Board of Trustees, presented a Certificate from The New York State Conference of Mayors to Dr. Peter Salins thanking and acknowledging his many years of dedicated service to the Village. Dr. Salins will continue to serve as Chairman of the Landmarks Preservation Commission and on the Village Board of Appeals.
B. January 2015 Board of Trustees Meeting Date Change
On motion of Trustee Baldwin, seconded by Deputy Mayor Comer, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the date for the January 2015 Board of Trustees meeting changed to January 8.
C. Port Washington Fire Department Contract 2015
On motion of Deputy Mayor Comer, seconded by Trustee Baldwin it was unanimously RESOLVED to hold a public hearing on January 8, 2015 at 7:30 PM to consider the proposed contract with the Port Washington Fire Department for service from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015

On motion of Trustee
Baldwin, seconded by Deputy Mayor Comer, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the
reading of the minutes of the November 6, 2014 meeting be waived and they be
and hereby are approved as presented by Clerk Whitcomb.
3. Village Treasurer
A. Abstract of Vouchers
On motion of Trustee Baldwin , seconded by Trustee Haagenson, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the Abstract of Audited Vouchers, dated December 4, 2014, for the General Fund, totaling $56,372.06, be and hereby is approved as prepared by Treasurer Tuck.
On motion of Deputy Mayor Comer, seconded by Trustee Haagenson, the Board voted unanimously to enter into Executive Session to discuss personnel matters.
At 9:51 PM Deputy Mayor Comer stated that Executive Session had concluded and that no action had been taken.
There being no further business before the Board, on motion of Deputy Mayor Comer, seconded by Trustee Peckelis, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the meeting be and hereby is adjourned.
