Mayor Nicholson reopened the Public Hearing on Second Hand Merchandise.
On motion of Trustee Baldwin, seconded by† Deputy Mayor Comer, it was unanimously RESOLVED to adjourn the Public Hearing to July 17, 2014.
On motion of Trustee Baldwin, seconded by Trustee Peckelis, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the reading of the minutes of the April 3, 2014 Meeting of the Board of Trustees be waived and they be, and hereby are, approved as presented by Clerk Whitcomb.
Adoption of Minutes for Board Meeting of May 1, 2014 was postponed.

A.†† Abstract of Vouchers
On motion of Trustee Baldwin, seconded by Trustee Peckelis, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the Audited Vouchers dated June 5, 2014 for the General Fund totaling $31,265.48 be and hereby are approved as prepared by Treasurer Tuck.
B. Budget Modification
On motion of Trustee Baldwin, seconded by Trustee Peckelis, it was unanimously RESOLVED to adopt the Treasurerís recommended Budget Modification for the year ending May 31, 2014.† The Budget Modification is attached to these minutes.

3. †††Catch Basin Repair-2 Shoreview Road
On motion of Trustee Baldwin, seconded by Trustee Peckelis, it was unanimously RESOLVED to approve the catch basin repair proposal submitted by Robert Keogh, Inc., for a total cost of $1,260.00.
4. Demetrois Logan
Mr. Logan, owner of a business on Main Street, addressed the Board for a second time, requesting that the penalties for paying 2013 village taxes late be waived and refunded to him.† Attorney Prior explained that taxes were due regardless of billing, and that the village had no discretion over payment of penalties.
On motion of Deputy Mayor Comer, seconded by Trustee Baldwin it was unanimously RESOLVED to accept the proposal of Albertson Electric for the installation of smoke and carbon dioxide detectors in the village hall, for a total not to exceed $1,300.00.
Deputy Mayor Comer reported that the Committee had met with the owner of 25 Shore Road, Peter Dejana, Consultant David Wasserman and Architect David Mammina, on June 3rd† to discuss concerns regarding the proposed development.
Mayor Nicholson addressed the Board on progress.
Deputy Mayor Comer reported that the 11th Annual Storm Water Report, for the year ending March 9, 2014, had been submitted on time to the NYS DEC.
†††††† 9.† Change in July Board of Trustees Meeting Date
On motion of Deputy Mayor Comer, seconded by Trustee Baldwin, it was unanimously RESOLVED to hold the regularly scheduled July 3rd Board of Trustee Meeting on July 17th at 7:30PM.
Richard McCabe requested the Board consider a payment schedule for the reimbursement to the village of fees incurred from his Board of Zoning application.† The village attorney will draft a contract.
On motion of Deputy Mayor Comer, seconded by Trustee Baldwin, the Board voted unanimously to enter into Executive Session.
At† 10:30 PM, the Mayor stated that Executive Session had concluded.
Deputy Village Clerk
On motion of Deputy Mayor Comer, seconded by Trustee Peckelis, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the annual salary of† Elisabeth Roberts commencing June 1, 2014 be $38,000.00.
Mayor Nicholson directed the Treasurer to prepare a Budget Modification for year ending May 31, 2015 to reflect the approved salary of †the† Deputy Clerk and the related payroll taxes.
There being no further business before the Board, on motion of† Deputy Mayor Comer, seconded by Trustee Baldwin, it was unanimously RESOLVED that the meeting be and hereby is closed at 10:30PM.†††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††††
